54. MultiBet

54.1. A MultiBet, also known as a Multiple Bet, Parlay, or All Up is where a Member can select up to 13 events or legs in sporting and racing events. MultiBets can be up to 13 legs of sport only or include a selection of racing events. For a combination sport/racing MultiBet, the MultiBet must have a minimum of one sporting event included. Each of the odds are multiplied to increase the total dividend. For example, if the first selection was an AFL team at $3.30 into an NRL team at $5, a golfer in the Masters to win at $6.30 and a horse to win the Cox Plate at $2.40, the total dividend would be $249.48 ($3.30 x $5.00 x $6.30 x $2.40) A wager of $20 placed on this four leg MultiBet would win $4989.60 including the initial stake.
54.2. Should one runner be scratched or per the individual sporting event rules referring to cancellation or postponement, MultiBets may be recalculated excluding that event or leg and the wager on the remaining selection and the initial stake will stand.
54.3. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another ('Related Multibet'). If such bets are inadvertently accepted, BetJACK reserves the right to declare the whole MultiBet void and funds will be refunded to the Members Betting Account.
54.4. An example of a Related MultiBet is Collingwood at $1.80 to make the Top 8 into Collingwood to Win the Flag at $10.0, with the final dividend $18.00.
54.5. Maximum payout for a Sport or Sport/Racing Combination MultiBet is AUD$100,000.
54.6. Should a Member place a subsequent MultiBet that reflects the initial MultiBet that will result in the Member exceeding the $100,000 payout maximum, additional MultiBets will be void and wager refunded.

55. All Up

55.1. An All-Up, also known as a MultiBet, a multiple bet or an all up parlay, is a Racing event multiple bet consisting of no less than two legs and no more than ten legs of different races. Each runner is backed to Win or Place or a combination of both. Each of the selected runners must be successful for the All-Up wager to be deemed a winning wager. For maximum payout table, see condition 179.3.
55.2. Should one runner be scratched on the same day of racing, the bet on the remaining selection and the initial stake will stand. Should all ups be placed from one days racing to the next, should the runner the following day be scratched then all bets are off.

56. Dead Heat Rule

56.1. In the event of a tie/draw/dead heat where that betting option was NOT offered by BetJACK on such outcome, wagers will be paid at face value of the ticket (total payout figure including the initial stake) divided by the number of competitors drawing for that placing.
56.2. In the event for which Each Way betting is available, place ties will be paid such that the Place portion of the face value of the ticket is multiplied by the remaining number of places available and divided by the number of competitors tying for those available number of placings.

61. Payouts will be based on the official declared result, although conditions may apply to specific betting options (e.g. end of normal time, including extra time – an extension of normal time – etc.)

For Margin betting, the Draw option is always offered, although in other betting options where the draw option is not offered, The Dead Heat Rule applies.
64. For match winners and goal kicking options, statistics used by the AFL website (www.afl.com.au) will be the statistics used for payout purposes.
65. For the Premier State market, payouts will be determined by the home state of the team that wins the Grand Final.

Baseball

67. Unless otherwise stated, listed pitchers must play for bets to stand. Multi bets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg if a pitcher other than that listed plays.
68. Head to Head betting: Winners and losers for betting are official after five innings of play (or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is leading). If a game is called, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team score to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is suspended) If the game is suspended and continued to a conclusion within a 24 hour period of the official suspend time, the game will then be settled according to this result and all markets will be deemed to have action
69. Total and Runline (Line) Betting: When betting on total runs (over/under) or runlines (lines) the game must go to 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) to have 'action' (unless the total is already over then all bets stand). Should a suspended game not be resumed within 24 hours of the official suspend time all bets on the total and runline (line) markets will be deemed to be void
70. Odd/even total match runs: This is based on the result of both teams score inclusive of extra innings if played. Home and away scores are added together and the result of the total being odd or even is used for settlement purposes.
71. Innings total runs: The total number of runs scored by each team in the respective inning determines the result for settlement purposes
72. First half match/total betting:
72.1 All bets on baseball first halves (five innings) will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of five full innings.
72.2 If a game does not go five full innings, all first half wagers (five innings) will be voided.
72.3 Once five full innings have been completed, all wagers on the first half (five innings) will stand.
72.4 All first half bets (five innings) must list both pitchers. If either listed pitcher does not start, wagers on the first half (five innings) will be voided.

74.1 Games are official after 43 minutes of play (NBA and NBL), 35 minutes of play (NCAA) and at the end of normal time (all other competitions).
75. In handicap and totals betting, where the line or total is a flat number, if the score lands on the line or total all bets are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected multiple bets (parlays) will be recalculated excluding that event or leg.
76. If a game is abandoned, postponed to another date, or fails to meet the above criteria, single bets are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg.
77. Outright/Futures betting: All Outright/futures markets include playoffs where applicable.

Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts

78. Where a match is abandoned or postponed, but fought within 14 days of the original scheduled date, all bets stand. Once the 14 days have expired, all single bets are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg.
79. All bets on either boxer to win will be decided by the judges' decision, which includes points, technical knockout (‘TKO’), knockout (‘KO’) or disqualification.
79.1. UFC/MMA - To win the fight: Prices are offered for each fighter to win the fight and in the event of a draw all bets will be paid half face value of the ticket, unless the draw option is available. Bets will be settled on the official result announced in the ring. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result)
80. If odds are offered for the draw, in the event of a draw, all wagers on either boxer to Win will be unsuccessful wagers. If there is a ‘technical draw’ determined by the referee (due to an accidental cut), then the bout is deemed a ‘no contest’ and all wagers will be refunded.
81. In Round-by-Round betting, if a boxer fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended in the previous round.
82. For all bets on a boxer to win on points, the full scheduled number of rounds must take place for the bets to be deemed successful.

84. In Total Round betting, a ˝ or 0.5 of a round does not equal 1 minute and 30 seconds of a 3 minute round. For example, if the wager placed is at ‘Under 9.5 Rounds’, and the bout was stopped at 2 minutes into the 9th round, the wager placed on ‘Under 9.5 Rounds’ would be successful. If the wager placed was ‘Over 9.5 Rounds’, both competitors would have to answer the bell at the start of the 10th round for that wager to be successful.
85. Unless otherwise stated, in ‘How Will Fight End’ betting, the KO betting option includes KO, TKO and Disqualification.
85.1. In the event of a draw, disqualification or no contest the market will be void.

Cricket

86. For High-Bat betting, all players in the Final Batting 11 do not have to bat for wagers to stand. There are no refunds for players who do not bat as part of the Final Batting 11. Wagers will be refunded for those players who are not part of the Final Batting 11.

Limited Overs Cricket

87. In the event of a tie, all wagers to win on either team will be paid at half face value and affected MultiBets will be recalculated, unless the match is decided by a super over, in which case, the outcome will be settled on the result of the super over.
88. In Limited Overs matches shortened by weather, the outcome will be determined by the competition rules. If the match is declared a 'no-result' all single unresulted wagers at that time are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg. However all decided wagers, such as ‘High Bat’, ‘Highest Opening Partnership’, ‘Individual Match-Ups’ and ‘Next Man Out’ will stand with exception to 'High Bat' wagers; which will be paid where the minimum number of overs have been bowled as deemed by the Governing body to constitute a game. Where the minimum number of overs required to constitute a game are not bowled then 'High Bat' wagers will be refunded.
89. For batting or bowling match-ups, both batsmen must reach the crease or both bowlers must bowl one ball for bets to stand. Otherwise all wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg.
90. If a match is transferred to a reserve day, all wagers accepted prior to the toss of the original game will carry over. All wagers accepted after that time are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected MultiBets will be recalculated excluding that event or leg.
91. In the event of a tied series, teams will be deemed joint winners and the Dead Heat Rule will apply.
92. High-Bat betting payouts are based on those players in the Final Batting 11. Wagers will be refunded for bets placed on those players who are not part of the Final Batting 11

Twenty /20 matches
